<p>You’ll be responsible for fitting, repairing, balancing and rotating tyres, performing wheel alignments, and providing excellent customer service. This hands-on role offers plenty of variety within the workshop.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Fit, balance, repair, rotate and inspect tyres on passenger, 4WD, light truck and agricultural vehicles.</li><li>Perform wheel alignments in line with manufacturer&nbsp;specifications.</li><li>Conduct tyre pressure checks and visual inspections to identify wear, damage or alignment issues.</li><li>Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and equipment in good working&nbsp;condition.</li><li>Accurately record job details, parts usage and work&nbsp;performed.</li><li>Assist with stock control and ensure correct labelling, storage and disposal of&nbsp;tyres.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service through professional conduct and clear&nbsp;communication.</li><li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures and environmental&nbsp;standards.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tyre Fitter</li><li>Current manual driver’s licence (HR or forklift licence a bonus)</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li><li>Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm</li><li>Supportive, family-owned business</li><li>Uniforms and PPE provided</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
