The Office Manager is responsible for organising and controlling the administrative functions and resources of Gorilla Gold Mines Ltd's corporate office. The position coordinates office personnel, administrative systems, records, accounts, procurement, facilities and office services to ensure the efficient operation of the business.The role also provides administrative support to the Company's exploration activities by coordinating documentation, personnel, contractors, suppliers, travel and other office-based requirements associated with project operations. <h3>Benefits</h3> <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3>Job Duties<ul><li>Contribute to the planning, organisation and review of office services and set administrative priorities and service standards.</li><li>Allocate office personnel, workspace, equipment and other resources according to operational requirements.</li><li>Assign tasks to clerical and support staff, monitor workloads and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain corporate, personnel, financial and administrative records, including filing systems, correspondence, invoices and business documentation.</li><li>Manage office accounts and expenditure, including supplier invoices and expenditure records, and assist with administrative financial requirements.</li><li>Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment and services and liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers.</li><li>Arrange maintenance, servicing and repair of office equipment, facilities and workplace resources.</li><li>Manage personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave, training and payroll-related information.</li><li>Organise meetings, appointments, travel, accommodation and other arrangements for management, employees, consultants and contractors.</li><li>Provide administrative support to exploration activities, including project records, contractor documentation, procurement, travel and communication with project personnel.</li><li>Liaise with management, professional advisers, contractors and suppliers to resolve administrative matters and day-to-day office issues.</li><li>Maintain office procedures and administrative practices in accordance with Company policies, WHS requirements and applicable legislation.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the efficient day-to-day operation of the corporate office.</li><li>Coordinate office personnel, facilities, equipment and administrative resources.</li><li>Maintain accurate and secure corporate, personnel, financial and administrative records.</li><li>Provide administrative support to management and exploration personnel.</li><li>Maintain professional relationships with employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers and advisers.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of corporate, financial and personnel information.</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3>Qualification, Skills and Experience<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of relevant full-time equivalent experience in office management, office administration, business administration or a comparable administrative role.</li><li>Demonstrated experience coordinating office operations, administrative systems and resources.</li><li>Experience coordinating administrative tasks, personnel, records, invoices, expenditure, procurement, facilities and external service providers.</li><li>Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, leave administration and payroll-related processes.</li><li>Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business administration and record-keeping systems.</li><li>High level of attention to detail, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Previous experience in a corporate, mining, resources, exploration or ASX-listed environment will be highly regarded.</li></ul>
