Product &amp; Trade Spend Management
<ul>
<li>Support new product setup, including pricing and margin expectations </li>
<li>Trac and manage trade spend against budgets and ROI </li>
<li>Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve profitability </li>
<li>Improve visibility and control of promotional and clearance activity </li>
</ul>
Planning, Forecasting &amp; Inventory
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Sales to review and enhance forecasts </li>
<li>Translate sales forecasts into full P&amp;L outcomes </li>
<li>Support inventory planning to balance service levels and working capital </li>
<li>Identify and manage slow-moving or excess stock risks </li>
</ul>
Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Ensure strong financial governance and adherence to internal controls </li>
<li>Maintain consistency and integrity of financial data and assumptions </li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and decision-making </li>
<li>Support audit and compliance requirements </li>
</ul>
What You’ll Bring
<ul>
<li>·Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or a related discipline</li>
<li>CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) </li>
<li>10+ years’ experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role </li>
<li>Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or product-based environments (preferred) </li>
<li>Proven track record in revenue analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial decision support.</li>
<li>Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data for business insight.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP/BI systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Power BI).</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.</li>
<li>·Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels.</li>
