Due to an increase in growth, our client currently requires an additional Internal Sales Engineer to join the team. A wholly Australian owned group providing specialty engineering solutions globally they were established over sixty years ago. They design, manufacture, and supply quality processing solutions to a variety of industries. Reporting to the National Sales Manager the primary functions of this role involve: Manage inbound enquiries and deliver responsive, professional, and solutions-focused customer interaction across all channels Convert opportunities into orders through effective follow-up and commercial awareness Maintain an accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline Prepare accurate and competitive quotations aligned with customer requirements Process sales orders and documentation accurately with clearly defined details Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams Build strong customer relationships through consistent, high-quality interaction Develop and apply product and application knowledge to support technical sales Ideally you will have a : Solid mechanical and technical aptitude, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) Previous experience in a Industrial environment essential, Positive Interpersonal customer service approach, High level of attention to detail.
