We are looking for full-time Aged or Disabled carers to join our team at Mawson Lakes SA 5095.&nbsp;&nbsp; <h3>Benefits</h3>The position offered is full time with salary of $77,000-$80,000 plus superannuation&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Providing different clients with customized personal care and support.&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting clients in daily activities, personal hygiene and dressing tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting clients with daily household tasks such as cooking, cleaning and maintaining their homes.&nbsp;</li><li>Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping.&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting clients with social, recreational and community participation.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining a working understanding of the cultural, diversity and accessibility needs of clients and how this applies to the role.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsibility for helping clients access or build connections in the community or organising assisted travel.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum Cert III in Disability, Aged Care and Individual support or relevant qualifications&nbsp;</li><li>NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required) or be willing to obtain one&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Professional and enthusiastic attitude&nbsp;</li><li>Manual Handling Certificate (desirable)&nbsp;</li><li>Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
