Redibuilt Homes Pty Ltd is an established business specialising in the design and construction of lux modular homes. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled full-time Carpenter to join us.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Constructing timber frames and structural components for modular homes.</li><li>Measuring, cutting and assembling timber structures including flooring systems, wall framing and roof framing.</li><li>Installing internal fixtures including doors, wall linings, cabinetry, trims and other carpentry components.</li><li>Reading and interpreting construction drawings, design specifications and fabrication plans.</li><li>Using hand tools and power tools to assemble prefabricated building components.</li><li>Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards and quality requirements.</li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li>Trade qualification in Carpentry essential&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in carpentry needed</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a workshop-based production environment.</li></ul>What we offer$75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.Full-time, stable employment with a growing modular construction companyModern workshop environment with well-maintained tools and equipmentSupportive team environment with experienced tradespeopleSafe and organised workplace with a strong focus on workplace health and safety
