You should be highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field</li><li>2+ years of experience in managing construction projects from tender to completion</li><li>Experience in managing large scale projects, preferably in mining and commercial sectors</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients</li><li>Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, P6, or similar), as well as office suite tools</li><li>Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and scope effectively</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HSE policies and commitment to safety</li><li>Ability to travel to remote sites (FIFO Roster)</li><li>Flexibility and a positive attitude with a strong work ethic</li></ul>
