CMC Partners Pty Ltd T/A SAC Stone and Civil are seeking at least two skilled and reliable Loader Drivers (ANZSCO 721216)&nbsp;&nbsp;to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a loader to move and load material. Registration and licensing is required.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate, prepare and position loader for operation</li><li>Ensure safety of self and others by monitoring the operation and adjusting controls necessary for operation</li><li>Complete prestart checks and safety inspections as required</li><li>Ensure the correct attachment is selected and fitted for the specific task</li><li>Operate controls to load material as required for the specific job</li><li>Follow verbal instructions and work from drawing and markers</li><li>Ensure the loader is regularly cleaned, lubricated and topped up with fuel and services as required</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment on job sites</li><li>Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards</li><li>Punctuality, autonomy and attention to detail is required</li></ul>Desirable Experience (not essential):<ul><li>At least 12 months relevant work experience</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Proven experience in operating loaders</li><li>Strong attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Physically fit and capable of manual labour</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Effective time management and organisational skills</li><li>Good communication skills and customer service approach</li><li>Commitment to safe work practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Police clearance</li><li>White Card (Construction Induction)</li><li>Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing</li><li>Loader license&nbsp;</li><li>This is a residential role&nbsp;</li></ul>
