About the role

This full-time role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while supporting daily warehouse, transport, and administrative operations across our 3PL Warehouse Operation.
What you'll be doing

<li>Provide high-quality customer service with prompt responses to enquiries via phone and email</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for customers, transport providers, and internal teams</li>
<li>Process customer orders, including labelling and coordination of dispatch</li>

What we're looking for
Essential:
