Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end contract administration for assigned project portfolios, including contract review, system setup, billing, collections, and close-out activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Interpret and review contracts to ensure proper terms are documented, tracked, and enforced, especially for revenue recognition, payment terms and project compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and Business Operations to ensure contracts are aligned with Page 2 of 2 project delivery, financial tracking, and client expectations.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise Operations Leadership on challenges including financial headwinds and proposed solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with clients and technical resources to secure funding increases or contract term addendums&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with clients to secure proper contract documentation for audit purposes.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and report on project financial metrics, including Revenue, Margin, Unbilled Balances, AR, and Backlog.  Act as the point of contact for contract compliance, ensuring obligations are met by all parties.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors to verify proper financial reporting and alignment with deliverable schedules&nbsp;</li><li>Identify process improvements in contract administration, billing, and revenue processes, and assist in testing and implementing solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to resolve contract-related issues and provide ongoing support.</li></ul>
