<li>Partner with senior client stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, future-state strategies and business value cases</li>
<li>Develop compelling point-of-view material and strategic recommendations for client environments in the travel domain</li>
<li>Drive CX transformation programs across people, process and technology</li>
<li>Support initiatives spanning omnichannel service, self-service, automation, cloud platforms and AI-enabled customer experience</li>
<li>Facilitate customer journey analysis and service redesign across key customer touchpoints</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional consulting, delivery, technology and operations teams to deliver scalable outcomes</li>
<li>Contribute to solution shaping, opportunity development and broader growth across the ANZ travel portfolio</li>
</ul>
About you
<ul>
<li>Significant experience in digital transformation, CX consulting, customer operations transformation, or service transformation</li>
<li>Strong consulting capability, with the ability to engage at executive level and shape strategic recommendations</li>
<li>Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs across customer, operational or service environments</li>
<li>Exposure to customer experience transformation as a core capability</li>
<li>The ability to create high-quality presentations, transformation narratives and executive-facing recommendations</li>
<li>Experience working with or advising clients in travel, hospitality, tourism, aviation or broader service-based sectors will be highly regarded</li>
<li>Exposure to AI, automation and modern customer service technologies will be viewed favourably</li>
<li>Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills</li>
